Move as much weight to the front ie fuel tank, and even lean forward during the transient stage, if this doesn’t help u prob have a) to much weight in the boat b) ur outboard doesn’t have enough power, i have a 3m inflatable with a 5hp and it planes with two people onboard

your floor is …
your floor is flexing a lot stifen it up with a plywood or aluminum board, it will run better , good johnson motor sounds all there.
