    It is a good choice. The oars work well enough for short distances. An electric trolling motor (30-lb thrust is enough) is also nice to have.

    I prefer the Mariner 400. The solid floor makes it feel a lot roomier. The Caravelle’s are pretty soft. Their one advantage is bigger air chambers, so they’re rated for more weight and bigger motors.

    Dear all, Please advise me, I’m gonna buy Intex Mariner400 model 68376/E For fishing on lakes and seaside. Is it a good choice? Do I need a motor for that or paddles work good enough?
